Tinubu, who was represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, made the remark while commissioning Collector Roads 01 and 02 in the Mabushi District of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

He described the Renewed Hope Agenda as more than a slogan.

According to the president, the agenda translates into tangible projects such as roads that bring ease and opportunities to Nigerians.

“When roads connect, businesses grow. When movement is easy, productivity rises. When travel is safe, citizens are free,” the President said.

Tinubu emphasised that improved interconnectivity through quality roads strengthens the FCT and creates channels for citizens to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

He further commended the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, for his focused leadership and impressive delivery.

“I gave you a simple charge: ‘Make Abuja work for all.’ You took it and ran with it,” Tinubu said.

“From satellite towns to the city centre, you are turning blueprints into roads people can drive on today.

“Your energy, your insistence on delivery, and your refusal to accept excuses are why the FCT is transforming under this administration. Nigerians see it. I see it. Well done, Minister Wike,” he added.

The President urged Nigerians to continue supporting the administration’s aggressive infrastructural drive.
